How do payouts actually work?

TicketRally connects directly to your **Stripe Connect** account. When a fan buys a ticket, the revenue (minus Stripe's processing fee) lands in your Stripe dashboard instantly. We never hold your funds. You are the Merchant of Record.

What is the "Preload" 1% tier?

It’s our high-efficiency model. You preload a "Fee Balance" via credit card (e.g., $500). As you sell tickets, our 1% platform fee is deducted from that balance. This allows you to offer **Zero Service Fees** to your fans while keeping your margins at the absolute maximum.

Do I need special scanning hardware?

No. The **TicketRally Entry App** works on any iOS or Android device. It’s built for sub-second scanning in low-light environments (theatres/clubs) and works offline if your venue's Wi-Fi drops.

Can I sell in multiple currencies?

Yes. Because we leverage Stripe's global infrastructure, you can set event pricing in **USD, CAD, GBP, EUR**, and more. Payouts are handled in your native currency based on your Stripe settings.

What if I need day-of-show help?

All users get access to our 24/7 technical documentation. 1% Preload members receive **Priority Rally Support**, including a direct line for urgent gate issues on the day of your event.
